PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“Terms”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES OFFERED BY MEVLANA KEBABS. THIS DOCUMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AT https://mevlanakebabs.co.nz (“Site”) AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY MEVLANA KEBABS (“the Services”).
By using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you (the “user”) agree to be bound by these terms.These Terms apply to all users of the Site. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1.1 By placing any order for food on the website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms without limitation or qualification.
1.2 We may revise these Terms periodically by updating this document on our website or giving notice to you. We therefore strongly advise you to carefully read these Terms whenever you make an order for food or submit any information to us.
SECTION 2 – ORDER
2.1 You may only cancel an order for food from the website if you give at least 30 min notice. Notice can be supplied by telephone and must be provided directly to Mevlana Kebabs on 03) 218 6468.
2.2 If for any reason we are unable to complete your order we will refund to you any payment, less any surcharges paid by you (such as credit card surcharges).
2.3 If you have any allergies, including without limitation to dairy, nuts or gluten, or any special requirements regarding your food, please list in order comments.
2.4 We will ask you for order name when collecting your order.
SECTION 3 – COMPLAINTS
3.1 If you have any complaints in relation to food supplied by us please contact us directly on 03) 218 6468.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
4.1 All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change, at anytime, without notice, and at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4.2 We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
4.3 We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or termination of the Service.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS
5.1 We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours and images of our products that appear instore. We cannot guarantee that your computer will display colours accurately.
5.2 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
5.3 We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that are offered.
5.4 We do not guarantee the quality of any products after the selected pickup time.

6.1 We reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event that we make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the phone number provided during checkout.

14.2 Any discussed refunds will be returned to the customers account they used to pay for order NO cash will be given for a refund under any circumstances.
